The Question of the Week is about Medical Marijuana
Why do you think we resist something that so many people assert helps them deal with chronic pain? Why is a natural substance so curtailed by our government? We’d love to hear from you!
Marijuana Show.
Conrad suggested that they could not find an organization or individual opposed to the legalization of marijunaa to have on the panel. I would like to put forward Smart Approaches to Marijuiana Canada who do oppose the legalization of marijuana on the basis of the interests of public health.

Climate Change - the whole "climate change" campaign went viral as "Global Warming" during the 1992 UN Kyoto Protocol Conference when global corporations hired Al Gore to spearhead their taking control of the agreement's content to entrench the buying and selling of "carbon credits" which fundamentally guaranteed they would be able to appear to be good global environmental citizens while carrying on business as usual thru buying the legal power to continue polluting the planet and making the rest of us pay for their power to do it. The fear mongering rallying phrase for their secret goals got changed to "Climate Change" when they found out their junk science claims of "Global Warming" were about to be exposed as deliberate lies. But, "Climate Change" is no better a junk science claim to make, because even half-way intelligent people realize that climate changes all the time, and has been changing ever since our planet was born more than 4 billion years ago, and will continue to change for a very very long time to come through-out the future billions of years of our planet's life span. While there can be no disputing that humanity is having influence on "Climate Change", not the least of which being all the jet airplanes flying around every day, it would probably take a conglomerate of 100s of quantum computers working together for several 100,000 years at least to determine just how much human influence contributes to climate change, which would be impossible to achieve right now considering that we haven't yet succeeded in building even one functioning quantum computer.
Marijuana should be legalized. Tobacco and alcohol are FAR more harmful, cause many deaths, enormous cost to the health care system. Poisonous chemicals and GMOs in our food are legal. Marijuana nil deaths, many health benefits. The whole issue is ridiculous in my opinion - legalize the bad stuff that can only harm our environment and our health, yet an herb that heals and benefits the environment is illegal.
Hello, Miss. Donlon ,and Mr. Black;
Really enjoy your television show. Was watching your show on Medical Merijauna.
A few questions I have which were not brought up. If/when marijuana becomes legal what will happen with our insurance?
Would you want a Dr. that just smoked a couple of joints to operate on you, or a family member?
What would happen if you get behind the wheel and get into an accident after smoking a couple of joints? Would you be always at fault? Maybe have a breathalyzer test for pot?
Looking forward for your show tomorrow.
Sincerely
Jeff Vemb
I don't think most people would have a problem with marijuana being prescribed by Dr's for certain ailments and diseases. But legalizing it is another issue entirely. This program I'm watching tonight certainly has quite a one sided panel and audience. Legalizing marijuana is not as simple as it seems. Maybe study some of the European countries that have legalized it. And using the Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau as the example for what should be done is ill advised. It seemed like a rah rah meeting against our current Government. Most inappropriate!
Watching your talk about testing for seniors has not approached the main issue. We drive because we live in the suburbs. Without a vehicle our ability to shop, bank, and entertain our selves is gone. The suburbs are killing our society. When created the suburbs crated jobs, work, and safety. Only 4 things are in the suburbs, Parks, Schools, Churches and homes. You can't get food, you can't be social (Pubs, Bistros, Theaters etc) are only accessed by road in cars. Buses a Taxi or walking will not allow heavy groceries or bottled products to be carried easily by people with diminished physical capacity. When the "burbs" were created, products were delivered, Milk, bread etc arrived and those have disappeared. We are prisoners with no access to fun and food without the vehicle ...we need to change the Supper store to a delivery ability or the elderly will die alone in very sterile neighborhoods called Suburbs.
